Invoice Example
Transparency and trust are at the heart of our community hub. Below you will find the guidelines that ensure LN9Lens remains a safe, respectful, and vibrant space for all Horncastle & LN9 storytellers and viewers.
No need to register in anyway to view content on this site.
1. - Newsletters just need your email addess
2. - Uploads, vetting and Hosting does require registration as requested in the up-load form, for obvious reasons should contact be required at anytime.
3. - Should you use any of our services we will need your agreement as to acceptance of that service, its copyright and publicity. See any invoice, zero rated or otherwise.
4. - Any payments required for any services will be agreed prior to that service being started. Invoiced deposits may or may not be asked for. No completion invoice will be raised until you have sight of the watermarked service, which will be removed on receipt of payment by BACS or cash if local.
5. - Any deposits are none-refundable or final payments once service has been seen and customer agreed to. Unless normal retail rights apply.
6. - Our LN9 Site, but my rules, but always with mutual fairness in mind with simple local contact.

At its heart, LN9Lens is powered by the community. Join the collective of local filmmakers, volunteers, and content creators in LN9 who are passionate about documenting real life as it happens. When agreeing to our T&Cs, you agree, he, nor anyone connected with LN9Lens can be held responsible, financial or otherwise, for any LN9Lens content, technical / digital breakdown or closure at any time of this website or LN9Lens, and reserves the right to change any pricing policy without notice. Nor is he responsible for the health, safety or behaviour of any video / image takers in voluntary connection with LN9Lens. Currently no other person is formally connected). Tony vets all uploaded material before deciding to display, his word is final in all things.

By submitting a video for free vetting, you agree that all decisions made by LN9Lens are final. However, you’re welcome to make any requested changes and resubmit your video at no cost. We aim to keep all videos within the LN9Lens platform to maintain control over distribution, but we cannot guarantee this. LN9Lens accepts no responsibility for safety, costs, or liabilities of any kind incurred during filming, editing, or uploading content for consideration. By submitting a video, you confirm that you own full copyright. Once published within an LN9Lens playlist, joint copyright is shared with Tony Cranwell of LN9Lens. Both parties reserve the right to withdraw content (including videos, images, and documents) at any time. Hosting is free for all contributors. However, after three months, business or trade-related LN9 videos will incur a monthly hosting fee (expected to be under £10), which can be cancelled at any time.
