Consider Serialisation
A weekly 15 minute Soap-Opera.
A weekly Model Train Story
A Video Narrated Documentary
Attention span of on-line subjects is limited, depending on the subject. Hopefully LN9Lens, once established will be slightly different as it is all about local interest by locals, affecting us locals. That said though, not much different!.
So to help get across a detailed video that will be of interest to some but to long in one go for most, why not use serialisation by episodes, whatever the subject?
Take Robert Bells, detailed documentary of 31 pages and 8 chapters on an important period in Horncastles History, namely "Horncastle Livestock Market 1230AD - 2000".  The subject is of interest to some but not readable in detail on-line by most, being around a 1 hour read. However, create a narrated document in full, of 10 episodes, and you have around a 3 minute episodes. Now we only have to listen for 3 minutes a time. Add images, real and / or AI, and you now have a better chance of retaining interest at all levels, episode by episode, at a viewers time and pace.
