Introduction

Horncastle.Speakers is a subsidiary group of TOASTMASTERS INTERNATIONAL. So you could say, Horncastle has just gone INTERNATIONAL!

Being a public speaker, or put another way, someone who is comfortable speaking in public. is a skill or confidence some of you may already have or some of you may need for your CV, job or simple confidence.

Why?

Well, here at Horncastle.Speakers we offer you a number of opportunities, for your confidence, speaking confidence, delivery skills but above all, to make new friends.

It is not all about formal speech deliveries. There are certain practices that are monitored with only positive feedback ever given and only with your new found friends in arms, so to speak.

How.

So never be afraid of making mistakes. After all, we only ever learn, when we do make mistakes. The evenings at Horncastle Community Centre (The Small Hall) are 2 hours of listening, learning, speaking, more fun moments thrown in, even some competitiveness, but always with a smile on all our faces.
